About the Painting
This painting was raffled off on Melbourne Cup Day in 2005. Raising $3000 the Breast Cancer Fund.
The picture is about letting go and moving on. The nude rises in the sunset clouds that surround her releasing the gull into the vibrant skies. A surreal artwork.
